Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Azure Cloud Support Engineer to join our team. As a fresher or intern, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients using Microsoft Azure cloud services. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with cloud technologies and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

Technical Support: Respond to technical queries and issues related to the Azure platform.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve Azure-related issues, including system outages or performance problems.
Client Interaction: Work closely with clients to understand their cloud computing needs and recommend suitable Azure solutions.
Monitoring: Monitor system performance and ensure all elements of the Azure platform are functioning as expected.
Documentation: Document technical issues and solutions in the support ticket system for future reference.
Collaboration: Work with the Azure development team to report bugs and suggest improvements.
Learning and Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest Azure products and features and participate in training sessions.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge: Basic understanding of cloud computing concepts and Microsoft Azure services.
Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.
Attitude: Eagerness to learn, proactive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications: Any relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals) are a plus.
Experience: Previous internship or project experience with cloud technologies is advantageous but not required.
