About the Role

We’re seeking an Entry-Level DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to learn cloud infrastructure and automation practices while contributing to real-world projects.

You’ll work under the guidance of senior DevOps and engineering team members to support AWS service installation, CI/CD-based deployments, and environment setup for application testing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in installing and configuring services on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
Support deployments of code and applications using CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
Set up and manage test labs/environments for development and QA teams to validate code and applications.
Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations to ensure smooth release workflows.
Learn and apply best practices for infrastructure as code (IaC), monitoring, and automation.

What You’ll Learn

Hands-on experience with AWS infrastructure.
How modern CI/CD pipelines work in production environments.
Exposure to DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, etc.).
Real-world software delivery processes (from code to deployment to testing).
Troubleshooting and performance optimization under mentor guidance.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge of Linux, networking, and cloud concepts.
Familiarity with at least one programming/scripting language (Python, Bash, etc.).
Understanding of version control (Git/GitHub/GitLab).
Strong willingness to learn AWS, CI/CD tools, and DevOps workflows.

Nice-to-Have

Exposure to AWS Free Tier or hands-on labs.
Familiarity with Docker or containerization basics.
Understanding of software testing workflows.
Interest in automation and cloud-native tools.
