We are seeking an experienced and passionate DevOps Mentor to join our team. As a DevOps Mentor, you will provide guidance, support, and training to learners looking to build skills in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies. You will play a pivotal role in shaping future DevOps professionals by sharing your industry experience, fostering practical knowledge, and helping learners develop a deep understanding of end-to-end DevOps processes.

Responsibilities:

Mentor and coach learners in DevOps principles, best practices, and toolsets, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, cloud platforms, and containerization.
Design and deliver training sessions, hands-on labs, and project-based assignments to provide real-world experience in DevOps workflows.
Provide individualized support, feedback, and guidance to help learners solve technical challenges and advance their skills.
Stay updated with the latest DevOps tools, trends, and technologies to ensure learners receive relevant and current information.
Help learners prepare for certification exams in DevOps, including AWS, Azure, GCP, or other relevant DevOps certifications.
Conduct regular progress assessments and adapt mentoring techniques to meet the learning needs of individuals and cohorts.
Act as a role model in demonstrating collaboration, continuous learning, and a DevOps mindset.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
Advanced expertise in DevOps tools and technologies, such as Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Professional certifications in DevOps, such as AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, or equivalent.
Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure management.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for teaching and breaking down complex concepts.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others succeed in their career journey.
Experience with mentoring, coaching, or teaching is a plus.
