Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Leadership:
Lead and manage all technical aspects of pre-sales activities, including PoCs, technical presentations, and proposals.
Serve as the key technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) during client interactions, ensuring a clear understanding of their technical needs and challenges.
Provide strategic input on project cost estimations from a technology standpoint, ensuring alignment between sales teams and technical capabilities.
Client Engagement & Onsite Representation:
Represent the organization as the technical point of contact in onsite client meetings, addressing technical concerns, proposing solutions, and fostering strong, trusted client relationships.
Ensure all client engagements are technically sound, well-planned, and aligned with the overall business strategy.
Leadership & Talent Development:
Mentor and lead a team of 6-8 technical interns, grooming them into professional, highly skilled team members through well-defined learning journeys.
Build a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning, helping team members develop critical skills for care.
- Collaborate with the content development team to propose customization options for courses, ensuring they incorporate AI/ML, Cloud, DevOps, Data, and other relevant technologies.
Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to reach specific demographics and industries.
Conduct demo batches and workshops (online and offline) for students and professionals to showcase the value of our courses and generate interest.
Generate leads (both B2B and B2C) with an omni-channel perspective
Collaborate with the sales team to employ analytics to improve lead generation efforts and achieve revenue targets.
Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Process Automation & Efficiency
Lead efforts to automate internal processes, increasing operational efficiency and reducing manual interventions.
Develop and maintain dashboards to enhance visibility into operations, supporting DataCouch's goal to be a fully data-driven organization.
Product Innovation & Development
Spearhead the development of new technical products and solutions, such as Lab Solutions and Instructor Portals, ensuring innovation is at the forefront of our strategy.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements, prioritize features, and oversee the technical design and development.
Documentation & Knowledge Management
Foster a documentation-first mindset within the team, ensuring that all technical processes, solutions, and best practices are well-documented.
Improve and expand the organization's knowledge base, ensuring it supports both internal stakeholders and external clients. 7. Global Thought Leadership & Branding
Establish DataCouch as a recognized global authority in technology by leading content creation initiatives, including case studies, blogs, and other high-quality materials.
