Role & Responsibilities As a DevOps/Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in enhancing our deployment processes and ensuring the reliability of our services. Your responsibilities will include:

Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code using Terraform and Ansible.
Automating deployment processes and optimizing CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborating with development teams to ensure scalability and reliability of applications.
Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
Implementing and managing cloud infrastructure using AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, etc.
Creating and maintaining documentation for systems and processes.
Participating in on-call rotations and providing support for production systems. Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering.
Proficiency in programming with Python.
Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
Solid understanding of CI/CD practices and tools.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills or Education Requirements While not mandatory, the following skills and qualifications are preferred:
Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack.
Knowledge of security best practices for cloud environments.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, Ruby, etc.).
Certifications in AWS (such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect) or similar DevOps certifications.
Previous experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Compensation The salary for this role is competitive at ₹1,100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. This is a full-time position with remote options available, located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
