We are in search of a Cloud Engineer who will be vital in orchestrating cloud solutions that drive productivity and efficiency across our projects. This role requires a strong background in cloud technologies, enabling effective collaboration with our technical teams to build scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience as a Cloud Engineer or in a similar role, focusing on leading cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Proficient in scripting and automation tools, including but not limited to Python, Terraform, or Ansible
Strong understanding of cloud security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to government contracts
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize cloud infrastructure and services for improved performance and cost-effectiveness
Excellent collaborative skills to work alongside cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality cloud solutions
Must possess a growth mindset, a strong analytical approach, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
A Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) is required
DoD 8570.01M IAT Level II Certification with Continuing Education (CE) (GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SCNP, SSCP) is required

A current DoD Top Secret clearance is required
The candidate must meet eligibility requirements for classified information access

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current annual salary range for this position will be $165,000 to $180,000.
