Job Title: DevOps Engineer/ Kubernetes Engineer

Job Duration: 6 months contract

Location: Littleton Colorado Day1 Onsite

Project details

As part of a Wireless platform team, you will be supporting multiple critical applications by responding to high volume incidences and providing resolutions to Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets.

This team supports 4 teams - Private Cloud, CaaS (Container as a Service), Data Ops and Systems Operations (Shared Services) - the two focal points for this team are Linux and Kubernetes. Horizontal movement for technical expertise expansion is an option! Also room for growth into a Escalation point, Lead etc. is always top of mind for this team.

Must Have Skills:

Linux environment experience is most important, must have experience writing Linux command lines

7+ years of professional experience, ideally within an enterprise environment supporting high volumes of tickets and incidences.

Must have experience as an engineer resolving T1, T2, and T3 tickets: Platform Support specifically within Linux is primary focus

Scripting knowledge is helpful: Shell Scripting, Python Scripting, PowerShell Scripting

Tracking tickets within JIRA and updating completion/documentation as needed

Kubernetes experience

Mentorship/training experience
