About Trademo

Trademo is an AI-native platform for global trade management and intelligence. It helps enterprises stay compliant with global trade regulations, optimize tariffs, uncover new business opportunities, and discover qualified suppliers. At its core is a proprietary global trade data foundation spanning tariffs, customs, duties, taxes, FTAs, import-export controls, corporate ownership, and 675 sanctions and PEP lists across 140+ countries. Combined with AIS connectivity and 3.5 billion shipment records from more than 35 countries, this powers TrademoKG, Trademo’s proprietary knowledge graph. Built on top of this foundation, purpose-built AI agents automate critical trade workflows and turn complex trade intelligence into action. Prism digitizes and extracts data from trade documents, Clara streamlines sanctions adjudication, dedicated agents accelerate HS and ECCN classification, and Hermes helps enterprises identify buyers, discover suppliers, and uncover new trade opportunities. Together, these capabilities help trade teams make faster, more informed decisions across compliance, tariff optimization, prospecting, and sourcing. Founded in 2020 by third-time entrepreneur Shalabh Singhal, an alumnus of IIT BHU, the CFA Institute, and Stanford GSB Seed, Trademo has raised $12.5 million in seed funding from Amit Singhal, former SVP at Google; Sridhar Ramaswamy, CEO of Snowfl ake; Neeraj Arora, former Chief Business Offi cer at WhatsApp; and Saama Capital.
