What You'll Do:

As a DevOps Engineer at Worldteam, you will:

Automate and Optimize: Develop automation scripts and tools to streamline operational processes. Optimize system deployments and scaling activities across cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and performance.
Implement CI/CD Pipelines: Build and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines, allowing for faster and more reliable code releases.
Cloud Solutions Management: Work with AWS, Azure, and GCP to implement and manage scalable and efficient cloud solutions. Assist in cloud migration strategies and perform regular system optimizations.
Security Enhancement: Collaborate with the security team to enforce and enhance security measures, ensuring that all infrastructure complies with industry standards and regulations.
System Monitoring: Establish and maintain comprehensive monitoring of our systems to proactively address and resolve issues, ensuring system reliability and uptime.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Engage with various teams within the organization to ensure technology alignment with business goals, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a DevOps role, with a demonstrated track record in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD workflows.
Proficient in scripting languages such as Python or Bash.
Hands-on experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), including monitoring and management tools.
Experience with GitHub Actions, SAST, DAST and SCA.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation.
Understanding of security best practices and IT compliance measures relevant to cloud computing and enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree in a relevant field.
Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer, Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer).
Strong project management skills.
