Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Software Team Lead at AnaxisTech in Ahmedabad. The role involves leading software development teams, managing projects, Client Communications, Timely delivery of Projects, Technical implementations of software, Code deploymentand Testing, and facilitating integration processes to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience into software development with atleast 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
- Proven track-record of delivering high quality software solutions with an agile development environment
- Hands-on experience into Wordpress, Laravel, PHP, React, SQL, testing frameworks, Azure/Devops, HTML, CSS, JQuery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in team and lead them
- Experienced handling Client communications, giving solutions to Clients, technical guidance
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications in project management or team leadership are a plus
