Senior Manager - Cyber Security
You will:
- Provide vision and leadership for the cybersecurity team, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security standards.
- Oversee all aspects of the incident response lifecycle, from detection to remediation, ensuring timely and effective resolution of security incidents.
- Collaborate with OEM vendors to implement and manage security technologies, ensuring effective integration and maximizing ROI from security solutions.
- Oversee and support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT), ensuring the organization remains protected from external and internal threats.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.) and lead risk management initiatives to minimize security threats.
- Oversee security monitoring, analytics, and reporting through the Security Operations Center (SOC), and ensure the timely escalation of critical incidents to leadership.
- Lead efforts to strengthen security awareness across the organization through regular training programs, simulations, and communication strategies.
- Mentor and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, ensuring their ongoing growth, development, and alignment with emerging cybersecurity trends.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership on cybersecurity performance, emerging threats, and strategic initiatives.
You have:
- 8+ years in cybersecurity roles, with at least 3 years in leadership.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Expertise in security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and OEM security tools.
- Strong background in incident response, vulnerability assessment, and penetration testing.
- Knowledge of SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and cloud security (AWS, Azure).
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Proven strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- CEH required. Additional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, OSCP) are desirable. Experience with OEM security solutions is a must.
