We are looking for a Senior Technical Head to architect and develop microservices-based applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React. This role demands technical expertise, strategic leadership, and innovation to build scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end architecture and development of scalable microservices solutions.
- Drive technical strategy, innovation, and best practices in CI/CD and DevOps.
- Oversee system integration, cloud adoption, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technology with business goals.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams to maintain coding standards and efficiency.
- Ensure high availability, security, and scalability of applications.
- Optimize existing IT infrastructure and propose innovative solutions.
- Manage technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
Technical Expertise:
- Backend: Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, RESTful APIs.
- Frontend: React.js, Redux, Webpack, Babel.
- Microservices & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
- Cloud & Databases: AWS, PostgreSQL, distributed storage frameworks.
- Security & Monitoring: Spring Security, OpenTelemetry, Grafana, Zipkin, SonarQube.
Qualifications & Skills:
- BE/B-Tech. or equivalent degree with 60% or equivalent CGPA Or Post Graduate degree in Science/ Computer Application or in relevant domain(s) with 60% or equivalent CGPA or ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree.
- 5 - 7 years of post-qualification relevant work experience to the job description.
- Strong knowledge of microservices, cloud technologies, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps tools, and performance tuning.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive technical decisions, and mentor engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
