Job description
- Commercial BizOps. Primary responsibility is to keep the platform in healthy and operationally ready state for stake holders
- Commercial Transactions Management and Controls
- Primarily focused on Protecting the customer and the platform -Ssupporting Oncall/Production Incidents/TRTs, Monitoring, automation initiatives, and collaboration with Development teams on PI release implementation tasks and release deployments. The major Objective is a Relentless focus on Monitoring, Automation, and Self Service initiatives.
