Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of JIRA Data Center to JIRA Cloud, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Design and implement multi-tenant JIRA architecture to consolidate multiple business units.
- Manage and optimize Confluence for enhanced knowledge management and collaboration.
- Develop and maintain application integrations with JIRA using AWS and Azure services.
- Utilize JIRA APIs, webhooks, and automation to improve system efficiency.
- Customize JIRA and Confluence using HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for an enhanced user experience.
- Perform JIRA workflow optimization, performance tuning, and security enhancements.
- Troubleshoot JIRA-related issues and provide technical guidance to development teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in JIRA Administration, Architecture, and Cloud Migration.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA Data Center to JIRA Cloud migration.
- Expertise in multi-tenant JIRA architecture design and implementation.
- Strong experience with AWS and Azure platforms for cloud-based integrations.
- Proficiency in JIRA APIs, webhooks, automation, and scripting.
- Knowledge of Confluence administration and customization.
- Experience with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS for UI enhancements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with JIRA plugins, add-ons, and Atlassian Marketplace applications.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Access, SAML, and OAuth authentication methods.
- Understanding of DevOps processes and CI/CD integration with JIRA.
