Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for an AWS Cloud Developer. The role will be primarily located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania with some work from home flexibility. The AWS Cloud Developer will be responsible for software development, infrastructure management, cloud computing, Linux administration, and database management on a day-to-day basis.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AWS Cloud Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based solutions on the AWS platform. You will have the opportunity to work on challenging projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the growth of our cloud infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable and resilient cloud-based applications on the AWS platform.
- Develop and maintain Python-based applications and scripts to automate cloud operations.
- Integrate cloud-based solutions with wireless networking technologies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest AWStechnologies and best practices.
- Contribute to the improvement of our cloud infrastructure and development processes.
Qualifications:
- 8-9 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in Python and AWSservices (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, VPC).
- Experience with AWS security framework
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
Bonus Points:
- AWS Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer)
- Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
