• Participate in all aspects of SaaS product development, from requirements analysis to product release and sustaining.
• Drive the adoption of the DevOps process and tools across the organization. • Learn and implement cutting-edge technologies and tools to build best of class enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Deliver high-quality enterprise SaaS offerings on schedule
• Develop Continuous Delivery Pipeline
Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, OCI, or GCP).
- Advanced knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies (Jenkins, Git, Ansible etc.).
- Strong experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, Go, etc.).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Deep understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with configuration management and orchestration tools and practices.
- Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or StatusCast.
- Familiarity with databases like Postgres, Redis, Opensearch/Elastic.
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in cloud technologies (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Oracle DevOps Professional).
- Experience with BMC Helix product suite – Innovation Suite, Remedy, CMDB, Discovery, RSSO.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
