Job Title: Cloud Engineer
Location: Remote - US - West Coast time zone
Job Type: W2 Contract
Role:
- Tracking data, running analytics using SQL and Python
- Supporting enablement
- Automating various processes
- Working with electrical, mechanical, and connectivity aspects
- Helping maintain systems and performing data validation checks
- Comparing data against bill of materials for engineering and team documents to ensure alignment
- Projecting future analytics (e.g., coverage and excess)
- Triaging between systems
- Required qualifications and skills
MUST have:
- Autonomy, understand requirements and come back in 2 days with results, motivated and ambitious with strong analytical skill sets. Data driven results
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization. Demand versus supply differentiation.
- 3+ years of experience using SQL and highly preferred on python
- 3+ years of experience in forecasting, inventory planning, and supply chain optimization
- 3+ years of experience using SQL & Python
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong understanding of and supply chain management and planning principles, practices, and techniques
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Proficiency in pandas, NumPy, and other Python libraries for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficiency in SQL and database management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Familiarity with ERP systems or supply chain system implementation
- Knowledge on dashboards, creation and maintenance in tableau , creation.
- Certification In supply chain management
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Research, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
