Cloud Engineer

Sesheng Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on expertise in public cloud platforms, specifically AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role will involve onboarding customers to these platforms, resolving customer tickets related to various cloud services, providing assistance and troubleshooting for cloud service customers, and collaborating effectively with the cloud services team.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard customers to AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.
- Respond to and resolve customer tickets involving a wide range of AWS, Azure, and GCP services.
- Provide timely and effective assistance to cloud services customers regarding issues and inquiries.
- Collaborate with the cloud services team to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Implement and maintain cloud infrastructure utilizing native infrastructure services such as IAM, Organizations, and Landing Zones.
- Ensure cloud security compliance by implementing and adhering to industry best practices.
- Design and implement cloud networking solutions using relevant services and technologies.
- Implement and maintain high availability and redundant cloud services and technologies.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 12 years of hands-on experience in public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and GCP), utilizing native infrastructure services such as IAM, Organizations, Landing Zones, and others.
- Proven experience with cloud security compliance.
- Strong experience with cloud networking services and technologies.
- Comprehensive knowledge of cloud high availability and redundant services and technologies.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently 1 and as part of a team in a remote environment.
