JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provide technical cloud advisment and leadership to the customer base.
“Operations Team” Tier 2
Managing team ticket queue
- Team lead regarding a Web Collaboration Tool
- Develop user reference library regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS), including quality control
- Develop a system administration reference guide and continuously monitor standard operating procedures regarding Amazon Web Services (AWS), including quality control
- Assist with development within Amazon Web Services (AWS) multiple environments
- Work with Agency Security on Services, Permissions for newly released services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Analyzing mission requests and directing accordingly
- Followed standard operating procedures to identify and troubleshoot network issues for immediate resolution
- Troubleshooting activities and resolving system issues within Amazon Web Services (AWS) on multiple environments
“Architecture Team”
- Assist future requests on services within multiple Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
- Research and development of new processes for team and users
- Work with Agency Security on Services, Permissions for new released services within Amazon Web Services (AWS)
QUALIFICATIONS:
CERTIFICATION: Must hold an active
AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate Certification
