About the Opportunity:
This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who aspire to build a strong foundation in DevOps and DevSecOps while working on real-world projects. Candidates will undergo On-Job Training (OJT) in DevOps, cloud computing, automation, and security practices. Additionally, Japanese language training will be provided to align with client requirements, paving the way for on-site job opportunities in Japan for high-performing candidates.
Eligibility Criteria:
✅ Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related fields
✅ Year of Passing: 2021, 2022, or 2023 graduates only
✅ Skills Required:
- Basic understanding of Linux OS, networking, and software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with programming/scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Interest in cloud computing (AWS preferred) and infrastructure automation
- Eagerness to learn and commit to a long-term career in DevOps
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to undergo Japanese language training
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply DevOps & DevSecOps practices to streamline software development, deployment, and security
- Work on CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, SonarQube, and Veracode for automated builds, testing, and deployments
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and manage automated configurations with Ansible
- Gain hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, EKS)
- Work with AWS services like EC2, VPC, IAM, Route 53, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, and EKS
- Develop shell scripting & Python automation for task optimization
- Work on monitoring & observability using Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK stack
- Contribute to version control & collaboration using Git, GitHub, and branching strategies
- Deploy and manage 3-tier web applications while understanding networking, security, and cloud best practices
- Engage in Japanese language learning to improve communication with clients
