Responsibilities
- Transform business or technical requirements into infrastructure specifications.
- Setup, monitor and maintain cloud based SAAS products and solutions involving IoT, big data, microservices, cloud, containers.
- Develop procedures to automate various systems and tasks (e.g. automating code builds and deployments)
- Coverts builds and deployments as code (Configuration as Code, Infra as Code)
- Implement and configure security services to properly harden infrastructure.
- Manage upgrades, patches or configuration changes or platform components.
- Documents build standards, configurations, and operating procedures.
- Explore up-and-coming technologies and software products and provide guidance to how they could be leveraged.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience with performing support and administrative tasks with AWS services like EC2, VPC, Subnets, Lambda, RDS, Monitoring.
- Strong knowledge of AWS networking services.
- 3+ years of experience working with Kubernetes (EKS).
- 2+ years of experience working with Helm.
- 3+ years of experience with Jenkins and version control systems.
- 3+ years of experience with AWS Code Pipeline.
- Extensive experience in infrastructure automation using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux administration.
- Knowledge of .NET, Java, or related server technologies.
- Experience managing RDS instances and knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of microservices architectures.
- Knowledge of Traefik, Nginx, or HAProxy is a plus.
- Familiarity with ML frameworks, containerized ML services, and GPU provisioning for large scale model inference
