We are looking for a DevOps Manager to lead automation, infrastructure, and deployment efforts for mission-critical C3 systems. You will work closely with solution architects, project managers, and development teams to enhance DevOps processes in the defence, government, and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead DevOps teams to automate and improve development, testing, and release processes.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment automation.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and protection against cybersecurity threats.
- Identify technical issues and implement updates and fixes.
- Collaborate with software developers to ensure adherence to best practices.
- Plan and make project management decisions related to DevOps.
Required Skills:
- Experience as a DevOps Manager or in a similar software engineering role.
- Proficiency in GitLab, Confluence workflow, Ansible, and Terraform.
- Strong coding skills in C++, Java, Ruby, or Python.
- Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and collaborative mindset.
- Experience in developing applications for local government and defence sectors.
