- (Principal Responsibilities)
- Create and improve patte
s for deploying infrastructure as code to support components built with microservices architectures in Java and Python
- Ensure all infrastructure as code deployments meet bank standards for IT security
- Work with Cloud Architects to design and implement patte
s for cloud networking, IT security assurance, service deployment and service management that comply with strict bank and regulatory standards
- Troubleshoot issues with infrastructure and service deployments and use lea
ings to improve and strengthen cloud infrastructure
- Implement automation tools and frameworks
- Conduct detailed reviews of infrastructure as code elements and communicate feedback to cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of delivery across multiple solution components
- Collaborate within the programme and across the organisation to improve engineering tools, systems, procedures and data security
- Seek ways to provide automation that helps assure security, performance and availability of cloud infrastructure and services
- Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation
