We are seeking a skilled and security-focused DevOps Engineer with expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP) to support
our software development and infrastructure needs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines,
implementing best practices, and ensuring security compliance across cloud environments. You will work closely with
development teams to automate workflows, optimize deployments, and maintain highly available and scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate software deployment and delivery.
- Ensure security best practices are followed in Google Cloud environments to protect applications and data.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize cloud infrastructure for reliability and efficiency.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or
Ansible.
- Collaborate with development and security teams to establish and maintain best practices in DevOps and cloud security.
- Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and alerting solutions using tools like Google Cloud Operations Suite.
- Ensure compliance with industry security standards and implement identity and access management (IAM) best practices.
- Optimize Kubernetes and containerized applications for scalability and performance.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Experience with containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security best practices, IAM, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Google Cloud Operations Suite).
- Excellent scripting and automation skills in Bash, Python, or Go.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex cloud-based infrastructure and networking issues.
- Google Cloud certifications (e.g., Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer, Professional Cloud Architect) are required.
