Role Overview:
The Digital Solutions Partner plays a strategic role in guiding clients through the transformation of legacy systems into modern, scalable digital platforms. This position blends deep technical expertise with business acumen and client engagement skills to drive successful digital modernization initiatives. The role involves leadership across delivery, solutioning, staffing, and financials, with a strong emphasis on hands-on technical capabilities when needed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in greenfield environments, is comfortable with minimal direction, and can independently define and drive digital solutions from concept to execution.
Experience within the banking and financial services industry is preferred, as the role involves working with clients in regulated environments that demand high standards of security, compliance, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement & Strategy: Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital transformation goals, whiteboard solution architectures, and align technology strategies with business objectives.
- Solution Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and high-performance digital solutions across web, mobile, and cloud platforms.
- FullStack Leadership: Guide development teams across front-end and back-end technologies, ensuring adherence to best practices and modern engineering standards.
- Pre-Sales & Solutioning: Lead technical solutioning during pre-sales, including effort estimation, architecture definition, and technology selection.
- Hands-On Execution: Step in as a hands-on architect or developer when needed to troubleshoot, prototype, or accelerate delivery.
- Greenfield Delivery: Take ownership of new initiatives with limited guidance, shaping architecture, team structure, and delivery plans from scratch.
- Governance & Compliance: Ensure digital solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital transformation, solution architecture, and FullStack development.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures, microservices, API design, and DevOps practices.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives across digital platforms.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently on greenfield projects and deliver high-impact solutions.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Angular, Node.js, Java/.NET, and cloud-native services.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and agile delivery models.
- Exposure to digital domains such as eCommerce, customer experience platforms, or mobile-first applications.
Preferred Experience:
- 15+ years in digital solutioning, architecture, and engineering.
- Strong pre-sales and client-facing solutioning experience.
- Prior experience in financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.
- Certifications in cloud platforms or architecture frameworks (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, TOGAF).
