We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) / DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Python development and AWS cloud platforms to design, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between development and operations, driving automation, observability, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Infrastructure Automation: Build and maintain Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform / CloudFormation on AWS.
- CI/CD Pipelines: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD workflows using Jenkins / GitLab CI / GitHub Actions.
- Cloud Operations: Manage and optimize AWS resources including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, and CloudFront.
- Scripting & Tooling: Develop automation scripts and tools in Python for deployment, monitoring, and maintenance tasks.
- Monitoring & Observability: Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stack, CloudWatch.
- Reliability & Scalability: Improve system reliability, availability, and performance through proactive analysis and capacity planning.
- Incident Management: Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventative measures.
- Security Compliance: Apply cloud security best practices, IAM role management, and automated compliance checks.
- Collaboration: Work closely with developers, QA, and operations teams to improve software delivery and reliability.
