About The Role
Evergreen Wealth is seeking a skilled
DevOps Engineer to design, build, and manage the infrastructure behind Evergreen Wealth’s core platform and intelligent customer experiences. You’ll work across cloud services, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tooling to keep our systems performant, secure, and ready for AI-enhanced workloads.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll automate, optimize, and support modern infrastructure powering everything from secure web services to real-time, data-driven applications. You’ll also design integrations that connect our infrastructure to internal and external systems, ensuring seamless workflows across our ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and GitOps-based CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement secure and scalable networking, container orchestration, and identity management solutions.
- Partner with developers to deploy services that integrate with modern AI components and data workflows.
- Design and maintain integrations between cloud infrastructure, internal services, and third-party tools to support data, security, and AI workflows.
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud-based systems with a focus on uptime, cost, and performance.
- Automate operational tasks including image builds, secrets management, DR planning, and audit log management.
- Contribute to runbooks, documentation, and security/compliance automation.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure or DevOps.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services, including IAM, VPC, ECS/EKS, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, Lambda, Bedrock, etc.
- Proficiency with IaC with Terraform
- Experience with CI/CD automation (GitHub Actions preferred)
- Experience working with containerized services (ECS/EKS)
- Experience with monitoring stacks (Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry)
- Understanding of secure networking practices
- Familiarity with cloud architectures that support AI/ML workloads, including inference pipelines and high-throughput data services.
- Experience with service integrations (e.g., APIs, webhooks, event-driven systems) in cloud environments
- Scripting in Python, Bash, or similar
- Strong attention to detail, documentation skills, and security best practices
- Experience with ephemeral environments
