Job Summary
We are looking for a seasoned
DevOps Tech Lead to drive our CI/CD strategy, infrastructure automation, and cloud operations. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on engineer with deep experience in DevOps tools and practices, team leadership, and cloud-native infrastructure. This role is critical to enhancing deployment agility, system reliability, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team to deliver scalable and secure infrastructure solutions.
- Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools.
- Monitor system performance, reliability, and security across environments (development, staging, production).
- Work closely with development, QA, and product teams to streamline the release process.
- Design and implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ensure compliance, observability, and disaster recovery best practices in production environments.
- Drive adoption of SRE principles, including proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP — AWS preferred).
- Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and system architecture.
- Proficient in tools like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack.
- Experience with Git-based workflows, branching strategies, and version control best practices.
- Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Go for automation.
- Exposure to security hardening, secrets management, and compliance standards.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Certifications in AWS/Azure/Kubernetes are a plus. -AWS prefered
