Role Overview: Data Management Lead
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Mandatory expertise in MDM & RDM – this is non-negotiable.
- Hands-on experience with metadata management and data governance practices.
- Prior use of Informatica governance toolset (AXON, EDC, IDMC) highly desirable (training provided if needed).
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills – able to influence, guide, and inspire at all levels.
- Exposure to Agile project delivery in a data context.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Cognos, MicroStrategy, etc.) and KPI frameworks.
- Solid understanding of SQL and at least one programming language (Python, C, etc).
- Bonus: Azure knowledge and external data enrichment experience.
- Excellent communication, organised, results-driven, able to juggle multiple projects.
Good-to-Have Skills
🔹 Informatica Axon – Business glossaries, stewardship workflows
🔹 Any BI Tool – Cognos, MicroStrategy, Power BI, or equivalent
