Mandatory Qualifications
- Five (5) years of experience in leading lean and agile iterative processes for product deliverables; facilitating UX research; ensuring product requirements and timetables are met; managing team well-being and optimizing workflows.
- Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master, including facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coaching teams and stakeholders in Agile/Scrum best practices to maximize value delivery.
- Possess a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. Successful completion of a bootcamp in a related field (Cloud, DevOps, or Agile) plus an additional year of experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
- Three (3) years of experience managing and delivering on a Large scale or more agile software project, including initiatives leveraging cloud-native solutions and DevOps automation.
- Three (3) years of experience managing complex IT and cloud-based systems in an agile environment, including infrastructure automation, monitoring, and scalability optimization.
- Possess an active and valid Scrum certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster® [CSM], SAFe® Scrum Master, or equivalent).
- Two (2) years of experience using Atlassian Jira in an agile development project, including integration with DevOps pipelines and cloud monitoring tools.
- Two (2) years of hands-on experience in Cloud and DevOps engineering, including:
- Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline design and automation.
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deployment and monitoring of applications in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
