Job Description:
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, excellent visual design skills, great technical know-how, and a proven expertise in interaction design.
- Ability to produce great ideas and can express them in a variety of different ways, be it a whiteboard, Adobe, Paper & Crayons, Wire frames, etc. Able to interpret the team’s ideas and translate those into presentable documents.
- Have a creative eye and a keen sense for color, typography, layout, and usability.
- Ability to come up with ideas and UI's that marry business problems, customer needs and innovation all in a useful package.
- Proven experience in utilizing configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application.
- Proven experience in working in a team environment.
- Proven experience in completing assigned tasks.
- Proven experience in providing excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business process and programming solutions as directed by business and technical stakeholders.

The contractor must possess:
- Knowledge of AI Tools - specifically GitHub Copilot, Machine Learning, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI Agents
- Must be proficient and have knowledge of Cloud Technologies specifically Azure, Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and Function Apps, and LaMDA
- Proven experience with .Net programming and C#
- Must have knowledge and be able to create Powershell scripts
- Knowledge in the following areas would be a plus: Test Automation (Playwright and MCP), Cloud Messaging (Azure Events, Kafka)
- Demonstrated experience with an application development methodology along with experience in database modeling and design.
