Job Title: DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design and scale cloud backend architectures while driving best practices across infrastructure, automation, and deployment. In this role, you’ll partner with engineering and product teams to shape technical vision, improve code consistency, and ensure robust, high-performing systems.
What You’ll Do
- Design and implement scalable cloud backend systems on AWS
- Drive DevOps processes focused on automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement
- Build and manage infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions
- Improve reliability, scalability, and performance across production environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure with business growth
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services and orchestration
- Strong background in infrastructure as code, CI/CD, and automation
- Expertise with Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, and monitoring tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Ability to work across time zones with some domestic/international travel (up to 10%)
Nice to Have
- Experience with Kafka or Solace for data streaming
- Knowledge of API descriptor specifications (Protocol Buffers, GraphQL, OpenAPI)
- Background in cloud security architecture
- Strong communication skills to simplify complex technical concepts
