Key Responsibilities
- Administer Azure DevOps Boards, work item types, queries, and dashboards
- Create, update, and manage custom fields, workflows, and board configurations.
- Maintain user permissions and access control for ADO projects.
- Support stakeholders in creating queries and exporting data to Excel/Power BI.
- Ensure data integrity for reporting and analytics.
- Generate and automate reports/dashboards for leadership reviews.
- Provide training and support to team members on ADO usage.
- Deliver basic Agile coaching sessions to teams, guiding them on agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and best practices to improve collaboration and delivery
Required Qualifications
- 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Boards
- Strong knowledge of work item management and query building in ADO.
- Proficiency in connecting ADO to Power BI and Excel for reporting.
- Good understanding of dashboards and visualizations in ADO.
