Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Cloud Engineer to fill an open position with one of our banking clients. This role sits within the infrastructure organization, supporting SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, and related Microsoft 365 technologies. This individual will play a significant lead role from a subject matter expert perspective, owning governance, administration, and roadmap alignment across collaboration and automation platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead governance and administration of SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, Power BI, Teams, OneDrive, and Fabric environments, ensuring security and operational compliance with enterprise standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and service requests related to Microsoft 365 platforms, while supporting ServiceNow-driven workflows and enterprise users.
- Establish and maintain platform roadmaps, support Power Platform citizen developer enablement, and drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Partner cross-functionally with Architecture, Cybersecurity, Public Cloud Engineering, Identity Management, Data teams, and Microsoft vendors to deliver infrastructure projects and maintain strategic relationships.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Information Technology supporting Microsoft 365 applications in large enterprise environments.
- Deep hands-on expertise with SharePoint, Power Platform, Copilot, Power BI, Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience performing SharePoint and OneDrive migrations using ShareGate and BitTitan, including server build and maintenance responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of governance, security controls, data gateways, and administrative center management tools across Microsoft 365.
- Proven ability to document infrastructure environments, communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, and mentor peers.
- Experience collaborating across infrastructure and cloud teams while managing vendor relationships, particularly with Microsoft.
