Role: Technical Manager – Python + DevOps
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager with expertise in Python and DevOps to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation, infrastructure management, and DevOps best practices, with a passion for driving innovation and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable DevOps pipelines using Python.
- Oversee build, deployment, and environment management for applications developed in C/C++, Node.js, and Java.
- Develop and maintain Jenkins scripts for CI/CD automation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level DevOps issues in Unix environments.
- Develop Python-based tools to support DevOps activities.
- Enhance and support observability tools for FINACLE applications.
- Mentor and guide DevOps engineers, ensuring adherence to best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong experience with Unix environments.
- In-depth knowledge of build and deployment processes.
- Hands-on experience with Jenkins scripting.
- Familiarity with observability tools.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for debugging system-level DevOps issues.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
