Role: Senior DevOps Engineer

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and strategic Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Architect with 15+ years of experience in CI/CD, cloud platforms, container orchestration, IaC, monitoring, and DevSecOps. This role requires technical leadership, strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, and the ability to design scalable, reliable, and secure DevOps solutions in enterprise environments.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive enterprise-level DevOps strategy, automation, and cloud adoption
- Architect CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, and cloud infrastructure
- Lead IaC implementations (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation, Pulumi)
- Implement & optimize Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, ECS
- Ensure observability with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Splunk, Datadog, New Relic
- Integrate DevSecOps practices & enforce compliance (SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR)
- Mentor and guide DevOps teams in best practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in IT with 10+ years in DevOps/Cloud Engineering
Required Skills
- Expertise in CI/CD, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), container orchestration
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, Bash, Groovy, Go)
- Experience with microservices, API integrations, and service meshes
- Proven leadership in enterprise-scale DevOps transformations
