Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure solutions.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of new features and services.
- Implement and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to proactively identify and address potential issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system incidents, ensuring minimal impact on operations.
- Automate repetitive tasks to streamline operational processes and enhance system efficiency.
- Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning to optimize system performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go).
- Experience with infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible).
- Solid understanding of continuous integration and deployment best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Bilingual in both English & Mandarin is preferred
