Job Title: Senior Enterprise Systems Designer
Location: Nashville, TN
Duration: 08+ Months (High Possibility of Extension)
Hybrid (3 days Onsite & 2 days Remote)
Description:
- Design and manage data center infrastructure supporting enterprise service delivery.
- Work with components such as networks (routers, switches, connectivity, wiring), firewalls, and IP address configuration and management.
- Manage servers (Unix, Sun Solaris, Microsoft Windows, NetWare), storage systems (SAN, tape backups, disk-to-disk archival), and databases (SQL, Oracle).
- Gather requirements, design infrastructure solutions, and create implementation plans aligned with business needs.
- Act as a senior-level contributor with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrate IT project management experience, working effectively with multiple levels of staff and management.
- Exhibit initiative, enterprise-level thinking, and a results-focused mindset.
- Preferred 5–10 years of experience in network or data center design.
Qualifications:
- Deep expertise in Terraform (HCL) and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) architecture.
- Strong familiarity with networking, IAM, logging, and monitoring in GCP.
- Hands-on experience integrating Terraform with CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
- Skilled in scripting (Python, Bash) for automation and maintenance tasks.
- Solid understanding of state management, product handling, and cloud security best practices.
- 7–9 years of relevant professional experience in these areas.
