We are seeking a skilled and proactive DevOps Engineer to join our team and drive the development, deployment, and maintenance of scalable infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. You'll work closely with software developers, system operators, and other IT staff to ensure smooth code releases and efficient system operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and release processes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot issues across development, staging, and production environments.
- Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and deployment efficiency.
- Manage and enhance cloud infrastructure using Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
- Oversee multi-cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), ensuring high availability, performance, and cost optimization.
- Implement and enforce security best practices across infrastructure, deployment, and automation workflows.
- Automate operational tasks using Python, Bash, or other scripting languages to improve system efficiency.
- Deploy, configure, and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes or Docker Swarm.
- Set up and maintain monitoring and logging frameworks to ensure system observability and reliability.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with cloud-native databases (e.g., Aurora, Cosmos DB, Bigtable).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as AppDynamics, Nagios, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
- Solid understanding of networking, Linux system administration, and security principles.
- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
The pay range that the employer in good faith reasonably expects to pay for this position is $37.37/hour - $58.39/hour. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits. Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis.
