Pay Range: $70 - $75/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Cloud engineering practice by automating manual business and IT processes in Amazon Web Services (AWS) with common Infrastructure as Code services such as CloudFormation, CodePipeline, SSM Automation Documents, Config Rules.
- Build CI/CD pipeline configurations to orchestrate provisioning and deployment of both large- and small-scale systems.
- Write unit tests and integration tests to validate infrastructure code.
- Identify engineering defects in the existing code base and constantly improve the code quality.
- Actively support operational teams and other stakeholder teams to maintain business continuation and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Maintain configuration and support documentation.
- Manage assigned project components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Design & Implement automated workflows for AWS network configurations, VPC account creations
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Skills-CloudFormation Template, AWS Cloud , Building API's.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required.
- Coding skills using these languages/tools (python, shell scripting, windows powershell, java, .net framework ).
- Extensive understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment methodologies.
- Ability to use a wide variety of open-source technologies and cloud services.
- Experience utilizing cloud services (AWS) and ability to quickly learn new cloud services
- Implement automation to utilize / integrate / provision/ manage/ monitor cloud services (Build infrastructure as code)
