Key Responsibilities – DevOps Engineer
- Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless and reliable software delivery.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and cross-functional teams to define deployment requirements and ensure alignment with project and business objectives.
- Build and manage secure, scalable, and high-performance infrastructure environments using automation and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.
- Perform code, configuration, and pipeline reviews to uphold quality, security, and operational standards.
- Conduct system integration, performance, and reliability testing; troubleshoot issues across the infrastructure and application stack.
- Implement modern DevOps methodologies, tools, and best practices to optimize deployment, monitoring, and operational processes.
- Contribute to architectural decisions related to cloud, containerization, scalability, and system resilience.
- Mentor junior engineers by sharing DevOps best practices, automation techniques, and domain knowledge.
Requirements
- Strong commitment to building clean, efficient, maintainable, and well-structured automated systems and pipelines.
- Hands-on expertise with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions), containerization (Docker), and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, SDLC, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk).
- Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills across distributed systems.
- Ability to drive improvements in deployment standards, automation practices, and operational efficiencies.
