Job Description: MSBI expert & technical lead
Job Title: Tech Lead on MSBI; Power Bi desktop & new Azure (Fabric) tools application
Key Responsibilities:
AS MSBI, you will play a critical role in supporting, maintaining, and improving our Power Bi RS portals. You will work closely with your Power Bi Team and Infrastructure teams to ensure stability, performance, and continuous improvement of the solution. Migration of the platform to Cloud Gen2 VM will be key. The knowledge on Power Bi Desktop is also Key to be able to help the team / customers to improve on the tool.
In a second part of the mission, S2 2026 or S1 2027 Possibility of contribution on Azure Fabric (to be determined).
Support & Operations
- Performing Support Level 3 (complex topics & user demands)
- Follow the SLA and ensure the team / business are respecting it
- Ensure a successful migration to Power Bi Service or Power Bi RS Gen2
- Maintain and enhance monitoring and alerting systems (logs, metrics, performance).
- Follow all Sec By Design & ISR recommendations and ensure a roadmap of enhancements
Automation & Integration
- Automate manual process when it’s possible.
Service Offering & Platform Evolution
- Understand the Power BI RS Service offering
- Help onboard new users and promote platform adoption.
- Ensure the migration of eligible projects to Power Bi Service
Profile required
Technical Skills
- Knows MSBI tools and Power BI RS (Server part)
- Knowledge on Database querying (SQL Server etc…)
- Experience Azure BI services (Datafactory)
Good to have Additional technical skills
- Knowledge on Fabric tools (One Lake, Dataflow Gen2, Real time agent etc..)
- Python
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
- Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
