Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a DevOps Engineer based in Ahmedabad. We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Engineer / Intern to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in Linux, cloud computing, and automation, with a passion for improving development and deployment workflows. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in DevOps practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in building, deploying, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Support cloud infrastructure on AWS / Azure / GCP
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability
- Collaborate with development teams to automate build, test, and release processes
- Manage and troubleshoot Linux-based systems
- Assist in containerization using Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes
- Maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
- Participate in incident resolution and root cause analysis
- Document processes, configurations, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Basic understanding of DevOps concepts and lifecycle
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix commands and system administration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Basic experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, etc.)
- Understanding of version control systems (Git)
- Basic scripting knowledge (Bash, Python, or Shell)
- Awareness of containers (Docker) and basic Kubernetes concepts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Good to Have (Preferred Skills)
- Hands-on project or internship experience in DevOps or Cloud
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Exposure to configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Understanding of networking basics (DNS, HTTP, TCP/IP)
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
