- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of DevOps engineers to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and configuration management aligned with business and technology goals.
- Champion DevSecOps best practices across Development, QA, Security, Cloud, and Operations teams, enabling CI, CD, and Continuous Testing (CT).
- Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs/SLOs for pipeline performance, reliability, and infrastructure availability.
- Design and implement multi-stage pipelines as code using Jenkins and GitLab.
- Drive container-based and serverless deployments on AWS, supporting microservices architectures.
- Build configurable pipelines with quality gates across CI, CD, and CT.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory standards (SOC2, HIPAA, ISO, etc.).
- Manage and optimize cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) for performance, scalability, and cost.
- Lead incident response, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures for major outages.
- Mentor DevOps engineers and developers to improve engineering practices and DevSecOps maturity.
- Evaluate, recommend, implement, and optimize automation, DevOps, and security tools.
- Measure, baseline, and continuously improve DevSecOps maturity, including DORA metrics.
- Spearhead DevSecOps transformation initiatives for clients.
- Be hands-on when required and lead by example.
Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of overall IT experience.
- 10+ years of experience in DevSecOps.
- 7+ years in a DevOps leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience integrating tools such as:
- PyUnit, NUnit, SonarQube, Snyk, Artifactory, Maven
- Selenium, RestAssured, LambdaTest, JMeter
- EasyVista, Liquibase
- AWS CloudFormation, AWS Secrets Manager
- Containers & Kubernetes
- Strong experience with Groovy and YAML.
- Expertise in deployment strategies: Blue-Green, Canary, Dark Launches.
- Hands-on experience with IaC tools: Terraform, CloudFormation, and configuration management tools Puppet / Ansible.
- Experience with at least one scripting language: Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Deep expertise in AWS and Azure (multi-cloud / hybrid cloud experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of networking, security, and monitoring tools (New Relic, OpsGenie, etc.).
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum / Kanban environments.
- Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven experience infusing GenAI into DevSecOps automation.
- Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to add new capabilities to enhance DevSecOps maturity.
