Key responsibilities:
- Key application support & maintenance for runtime issues
- Application support and provide the assistance on tech side issue to banks
- Manage the team to maintain the application support 24/7*365 days
- Understands different programming languages and ability to solve problems in Production
- Possesses good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements.
- Identifying tech stack, DB designing as part of requirements Server configuration for application/DB servers
- Experience in troubleshooting, software development processes and ability to understand the requirements
- Co-ordination with internal departments for ensuring smooth business operations
- Product handling and clarification of technical issue with banks.
- Good working knowledge on open data base, Windows and Linux systems.
- Proactive service improvement initiatives including trending of incidents, root cause of technical issues
- Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
- Must ensure to follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements to meet the audit/compliances
- Application Support & Maintenance Activities
- Maintain the application uptime with zero delays, downtimes
- Coordinating and communication with stakeholders on tech related issues, technical standards deviation & solution implementation
- Provide the outstanding support to banks and address the technical issues
Key skills and experience required:
- A desire to remain technically capable and an expert in current latest industry technologies
- Languages: Java, Python , scripting
- Devops : Jenkins, Linux, dockers, Kubernetes , microservices
- Database :- Cassandra, maria DB,
- Cache :- key DB, Redis,
- Message streams – Kafka, KRaft
