Job Title: Salesforce DevOps Engineer
Location: Remote – (Candidates local to Hoffman Estates, IL or Austin, TX for occasional in-office meetings)
Duration: 6-Month Contract (W2 Only)
Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience in DevOps or Release Engineering
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployments
- Strong experience with Salesforce CLI (SFDX) and metadata-based deployments
- Experience building CI/CD pipelines using Harness or similar tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)
- Strong Shell/Bash scripting skills
- Solid understanding of Git (branching strategies, pull requests, merge conflicts)
- Experience integrating automated testing and quality checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools such as Gearset, Copado, or Flosum
- Basic understanding of Salesforce development concepts (Apex, LWC, metadata types)
- Experience with Salesforce data seeding and sandbox strategies
- Cloud platform exposure (Azure preferred; AWS or GCP acceptable)
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and audit processes (SOX, PCI)
- Salesforce or DevOps certifications
