Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with 12+ years of hands-on expertise in designing, implementing, and managing scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure. The ideal candidate will play a key role in automating deployment pipelines, optimizing cloud infrastructure, and driving DevOps best practices across development and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
Architect and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates
Lead containerization and orchestration efforts using Docker and Kubernetes
Implement and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Splunk)
Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and system scalability across environments
Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to integrate DevSecOps best practices
Manage configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
Enforce security, compliance, and governance standards across infrastructure and applications
Mentor junior DevOps engineers and provide technical leadership
Required Skills & Qualifications:
12+ years of experience in DevOps, Cloud Engineering, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE)
Strong expertise in Linux/Unix system administration and shell scripting (Bash/Python)
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP (certifications preferred)
Proficiency with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab, Azure DevOps)
Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and Helm
Experience with Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM for infrastructure automation
Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and cloud architecture
Experience with monitoring and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
