Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sr. DevOps Engineer with 4–5 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in cloud technologies (Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure, or Amazon Web Services), along with hands-on experience in CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, logging frameworks, and other core DevOps practices. You should be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Build, deploy, and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Work on cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for deployment, scaling, and monitoring.
- Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure system reliability and performance.
- Collaborate with development teams to streamline build and release processes.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and best practices in DevOps processes.
- Troubleshoot issues across development, test, and production environments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4–5 years of experience in a DevOps or related engineering role.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar).
- Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
- Strong experience with at least one cloud provider (GCP preferred, AWS, or Azure).
- Knowledge of logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, ELK, Stackdriver, and Grafana).
- Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) is a plus.
- Good understanding of networking, security, and system administration concepts.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Google Cloud Professional DevOps Engineer or equivalent certification.
- Experience with microservices architecture and cloud-native applications.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
