DevOps Engineering Managers with AWS experience to lead high-performing DevOps teams for US enterprise clients. Strategic leadership role driving cloud strategy, infrastructure automation, security/compliance, and fostering DevOps culture across development, security, and IT organizations.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead/mentor DevOps engineering teams promoting collaboration and innovation
- Develop enterprise DevOps strategies for performance, scalability, security
- Align DevOps initiatives with business objectives across stakeholders
Infrastructure & Automation
- Design multi-cloud/on-prem infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Implement Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, CloudFormation
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines - Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD
- Automate with Ansible, Puppet, Chef for provisioning/configuration
Monitoring, Security & Compliance
- Implement proactive monitoring - Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog
- Enforce SOC2/ISO 27001 compliance, vulnerability management
- Design disaster recovery & high availability architectures

Cloud Platforms: AWS (mandatory), Azure, GCP
IaC & Automation: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible, Python, Bash, Go
CI/CD: Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions
