Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer with 7+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure, automation, and CI/CD implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, IBM Cloud, Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub, SQL, Azure SQL, and Watsonx.data.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on Microsoft Azure and IBM Cloud.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
- Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments.
- Work with Azure SQL, SQL databases, and support database deployments.
- Implement DevOps best practices for automation, monitoring, and security.
- Manage and support data solutions using Watsonx.data.
- Troubleshoot deployment and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams in Agile environments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and IBM Cloud.
- Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation.
- Experience in CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
- Good knowledge of SQL and Azure SQL.
- Experience with Watsonx.data.
- Knowledge of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell / Bash / Python preferred).
Good to Have
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
